SNHE’s 5 Step Inspection Process
Step 1: SNHE will send over a certified mold remediation analyst to perform a full mold assessment of your premises.
Step 2: We will collect all relevant information from the homeowner/broker/landlord/business owner regarding the affected/damaged area.
Step 3: Our technicians will perform a visual assessment during the walk-through of your property to determine suspected growth.
Step 4: SNHE will utilize LED borescopes in your attic, crawlspace, and ventilation systems as well as behind your cabinets in order to confirm condensation and mold growth. Throughout the inspection we will use state of the art Moisture Meters to verify dangerous vapor levels.
Step 5: SNHE will compile all notes to provide an estimate.

Infrared thermography images are taken throughout the walkthrough. This allows our technicians a more thorough understanding of even minute indications of damage as well as any construction defects that may have been or could be attributed to your mold issues.
Infrared Drone Inspections can be effective at identifying water damage and heat loss. Our Aerial Thermal Imaging utilizes cutting edge technology from FLIR SYSTEMS to quickly identify roof leaks which lead to water damage and ultimately mold growth.
